Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UK Shipping: 5-13 days
US Shipping: 7-17 days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delivery Issues
SUBZY is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processes, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. SUBZY will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping Policies
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. SUBZY has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@subzystore.com immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a resolution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
