Yes, we ensure that any out-of stock items are immediately restocked as soon as possible and would highly recommend signing up to our email newsletter to know exactly when the products you want are back in stock before anyone else.

Currently we ship to the UK and US.

UK: 5-13 days US: 7-17 days Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the products being purchased and the warehouse location.

UK: £1.99 US: $1.99 For orders at £50/$50 or above shipping is free.

orders and tracking

Yes, you have until the order has been processed to cancel or change your order. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it moves to fulfilment.

After ordering at checkout, you can access tracking for your order within the store or through the email that you are sent when your order has gone through.

Not at all, you may order and have access to tracking your order through your email, having an account just allows you to easily track multiple orders in detail as well as being able to add reviews to any purchased products.

Yes, every product in our store comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers any defects in the product under normal use at no cost at all by replacing the faulty product.

Simply reach out to us through our email: support@subzystore.com, with your order number, a brief description of the issue and photo or video proof of the faulty product. Our support team will review your request, verify the warranty coverage, and guide you through the replacement process. If approved, we’ll send out a new item as quickly as possible.

returns and refunds

Yes, we have a 14-day return policy, and your return request will be accepted as long as the product remains in the exact same condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Contact us at support@subzystore.com to start your return within 14 days of purchasing that product. You may request for a refund, where we will review and inspect the product and let you know if the refund has been accepted based on the condition of the returned product. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the full original payment (excluding shipping costs) within 10 business days.

We only charge a flat shipping rate of £5.99/$5.99 for return of the product.
